Members of Buy NZ Made must comply with the rules of the Fair Trading Act for Country of Origin when labeling products for sale in New Zealand. Labeling the Kiwi Logo of Made in New Zealand means a product is substantially transformed in New Zealand. This law applies to any business that says its products are New Zealand Made.
